Adding Equipment
- Click the Equipment tab and navigate to the Equipment feature.
- Click the blue Add Equipment button.
- Enter the Equipment name, select the property, category, and asset type.
- You can also choose a floor or space, and add more notes but this is optional.
- Click the blue Add Equipment button at the bottom to save.
Adding Asset Types
- Click the Equipment module and navigate to the Asset Types tab.
- Click the blue Add Asset Types button in the top right corner of the page.
- Enter the Name and select a category for the Asset type. Then click "Add Asset Type" to add.
Editing Equipment
- Click the Equipment tab and navigate to the Equipment feature.
- Click the blue Equipment ID to view the equipment
- Edit Floor/Space, Location, Manufacturer, Model, Serial Number etc. Click the Save Equipment button at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
- To edit Equipment Category and Equipment Asset Types, click the Actions tab in the top right corner of the page, then click Edit from the drop down. Or click "Relocate" to edit the property.
- Click the blue Save Equipment button after making changes.
Cloning Equipment
1. Click into the equipment you'd like to clone and click "Actions" on the top right. Then select "Clone Equipment."
2. Choose the number of clones, the property, and any additional fields.
Relocating Equipment
- Click Actions on the top right of the equipment you'd like to relocate. Then click "Relocate"
2. Choose a new property to relocate the equipment. Click the blue Yes, Move button to finish.
Filtering the Equipment Grid
- Click the Equipment tab and navigate to the Equipment feature.
- Filter the equipment grid using the drop downs at the top of the page. You can also click "Show Filters" to see filters in detail and review additional filters.
- View which filters have been applied to the equipment grid in blue under the filters. Click the x to clear the filter. If multiple filters have been applied, click the x on each to clear a single filter or click Reset All Filters.
Bulk Importing Equipment
- Click the Admin tab and navigate to the Import Data feature.
- Click the blue Import Data button in the top right corner of the page.
- Select Equipment under “What are you importing?” and click Download Template at the bottom of the page to download a template to enter bulk equipment information. Within the template, columns with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
- Upload the complete template from your device then click the Import Equipment button at the bottom of the page.
Exporting Equipment
- Click the Equipment tab and navigate to the Actions feature to the right of the page. Then click "Export Visible Columns" or "Export All Columns" to export the equipment grid.
