It is very important to make sure your Equipment profiles are up to date. This ensures that if you need to run an audit on your Equipment list, all of the exported information is accurate.
To Edit an Existing Equipment Profile:
Click into the My Equipment module and navigate to the Equipment tab.
Click the blue Equipment ID to view the equipment
Edit Floor/Space, Location, Manufacturer, Model, Serial Number etc. Click the Save Equipment button at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
To edit Equipment Category and Equipment Asset Types, click the Actions tab in the top right corner of the page, then click Edit from the drop down. Or click "Relocate" to edit the property.
Click the blue Save Equipment button after making changes.

Q: What if I do not see the specific piece of equipment I am looking for?
A: Make sure to check your grid filters. For best practice, click the "Reset All Filters" at the top of the grid to remove any previous filters.
Q: How can I see what PM or Inspection Schedules are attached to a piece of Equipment?
A: If you scroll down to the Service History Tab on an Equipment profile, you will see the tasks that are linked to it
