General

  • New: Reservation Approvals Card
    • For customers that utilize Resource Reservations, a new card will appear on your dashboard upon signing in that will allow you to approval reservation requests right there.
  • Change: Grid View Improvements
    • We made a change to the grid views within Prism to make features in them more defined - specifically column headers and fields that are actionable/interactive.
  • Fix: Tenant Dashboard Image
    • We addressed an issue where the tenant dashboard image at the top of the screen was not rendering properly.
  • Change: Module Navigation/Toolbar Adjustments
    • We made a change to the ordering of items in the module/navigation toolbar on the left-hand size of Prism.  The items that now appear above the line relate to the operational processes of the building.  Those are:
      • Work Orders
      • Preventive 
      • Inspections
      • Bid Management
    • The items that now appear below the line relate to the configuration aspects of the building before the operational processes can utilized.  Those are:
      • Admin
      • Reporting
      • My Files
      • My Properties
      • My Spaces
      • My Users
      • My Equipment
      • My Companies
      • Accounting

Admin

  • New: Creating and Updating Notification Roles
    • Within the Notifications section, you now have the ability to create custom Roles to apply to notification rules as well as edit custom Roles.
  • New: Forms
    • Within the Forms section, you now have the ability to :
      • Create forms that can be applied to Work Order Creation, Work Order Completion, or both. 
      • Link forms to an Issue Type at the Account or Property levels.
      • Create as many forms as you would like to apply within Prism based upon the scenarios above.
  • Change: Resource Reservation Persmissions
    • We have added additional permissions for users that leverage this functionality within Prism to be able to set which roles are able to approve resource reservation requests.
  • Fix: Bulk Editing Issue Types
    • We addressed an issue where users were receiving an error when attempting to change the Priority level of Issue Types in bulk via the grid.

Equipment

  • New: Additional Filters
    • Users are now able to filter Equipment by its Replacement Cost, Remaining Life or Space.

Files

  • New: File Links
    • Users can upload links to URLs for files stored in web locations. Because these files are URLs, the file size data point will remain blank.

Mobile

Android - Version 1.46

  • New: PMO App Notifications
    • Users of the PMO Prism app can now receive Push Notifications.
  • New: Adding Work Orders to Inspection Steps
    • Users now have the ability to add multiple Work Orders to individual inspection steps.
  • New: Viewing Floor Plans
    • Users now have the ability to view Floor Plan previews on the Work Order detail screen in full screen mode.

iOS - Version 1.52.1

  • Fix: Bug Fixes in the Inspection module
    • A number of bug fixes & performance enhancements were made to the Inspections Module within the Prism app. These bug fixes will improve performance for particularly long inspections (of 100+ steps). Users will notice fixes/performance enhancements in the following areas:
      • Fix: Work Orders and Photos not adding or syncing to web. 
      • Fix: Inspection answers not saving. 
      • Performance enhancement: system latency/app crashing when users are in Inspections Module.
      • Performance enhancement: Module is fully supported in WiFi, cellular, and offline mode. 
  • Change: Work Order Grid View
    • The "History" tab has been reordered to be shown as the first tab on Work Orders, allowing users a more intuitive location to add comments.
  • New: Adding Work Orders to Inspection Steps
    • Users now have the ability to add multiple Work Orders to individual inspection steps.
  • Fix: Property Accordions on Equipment
    • We addressed delays when expanding and collapsing the property accordions on the Equipment tab.
  • Fix: Assignee on Work Order Creation
    • We addressed an issue when creating a Work Order offline where the assignee was not displaying on the Details screen.
  • Fix: Work Order Creation
    • From the create Work Order screen, the Details and Issue Type required field error message now displays if the user tries to submit the request without those fields completed.

My Users

  • Fix: Inactivating Users
    • We addressed an issue where users could not be inactivated.
  • Fix: Creating Teams
    • We addressed an issue where teams could not successfully be created when adding one or more users.

Reporting

  • New: Export Options
    • Users will now have the ability to export reports within Prism in either PDF or Excel formats.
  • New: Property Groups
    • Users will now have the ability to filter reports by Property groups.

Resource Reservations

  • New: Requiring Approval
    • Within the Resource Reservations module, under Resources, you now have the ability to choose which items now require approval upon submission before fully authorizing the request.

Work Orders

  • New: Recurring Work Orders
    • Users will now have the ability when creating a Work Order to designate it as recurring.
  • New: Scheduling Work Orders
    • Users will now have the ability to schedule a Work Order while filling out the details of the request.
  • Fix: Assignee Dropdown Adjustments
    • We addressed an issue where deactivated users were appearing in the assignee dropdown.
    • We also addressed an issue where information was not rendering properly.
