Filtering the Work Order Grid
- Click the Work Orders tab
- Use the drop-down at the top of the page to click into a Saved Layout, filter by property groups, or by Properties. Filter the grid even further by clicking the "Show Filters" buttons on the right.
Click "Save Layout" at the bottom on the filters to save the filtered fields.
3. View which filters have been applied to the Work Order grid in blue under the filters. Click the x to clear the filter. If multiple filters have been applied, click the x on each to clear a single filter or click Reset All Filters.
Customizing the Work Order Grid's Columns

Click the "Show Filters" button located at the top right of the page.

Select the Columns tab:
- Check the boxes for the columns you want to display.
- Uncheck the boxes for columns you want to hide.
- You can rearrange your columns in the Work Order search grid.
