Creating and Editing Teams

Teams are groups of users that can be used in work orders, preventive maintenance and inspections.  Tasks can be assigned directly to teams.  All members of the team will be notified of the task, and one member of the team can start work on the task based on availability. 

 

Accessing Teams 

Click the My Users tab and navigate to the Teams page to create and edit teams.

Creating Teams 

  1. To create a team, click the blue Create Team button at the top right corner of the page.

  1. Create a team name, select the property for which the team is based, and select team members.

Editing Teams 

  1. To edit a team, click the View button.

  1. Edit the team information and save
