Welcome to the Configuring Settings guide for Prism. This article walks you through the process of setting up your account's branding, including how to add company colors and logos. Please note that access to these settings is restricted to users with appropriate permissions. If you're an authorized user managing a single property or multiple locations, you'll find step-by-step instructions here to help you customize your Prism experience.
Note: Prism offers three types of logos, each serving a specific purpose:
- Account Logo: The default logo visible to all users
- Multi-Property Management Logo: Shown to users managed by or within a specific Property Management Organization (PMO), overriding the Account or Prism logo
- Property Logo: Displayed only to users with access to a specific property
For Prism Accounts with (1) Property Management Organization:
- Navigate to the Admin tab and select Settings
- Under the Branding section, click "Add Logo" or "Replace Logo" if one already exists
- Hover over the File Image box to
- Choose the file from your computer
- Click "Upload"
- If successful, you'll see a preview of your new logo
For Multi Property Management Company Accounts:
- Navigate to the My Companies section
- Locate the company you wish to update
- Once you're on the Company's profile, select Settings
- Select the "Company Logos" drop-down section
- Hover your cursor over the file upload box and click "+ Add Logo"
For Property Logos:
- Go to My Properties
- Select the property you want to update
- Navigate to the Properties profile
- Once you're on the Property's profile, select Settings
- Within the Settings section, click on the "Property" drop-down section.
- Hover your cursor over the file upload box and click "+ Add Logo"
Logo Specifications:
• Minimum suggested size: 300px x 200px
• Maximum file size: 30MB
• Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG (only standard image types are likely to work)
• Recommended dimensions: 300px x 200px or larger, maintaining aspect ratio
Troubleshooting Tips
- If you receive an error about file size, ensure your file is under 30MB
- Check that your file is in one of the accepted formats (JPG, PNG)
- If the logo appears blurry, try uploading a higher-resolution version
