Creating Labor Rates

  1. Click the Accounting tab and navigate into theRates feature, then click the blue + New Rate button in the top right corner of the page to create a new labor rate.

  1. Select Labor as the category for the rate and enter a name for the rate.

  1. Select a Currency from the drop down and enter the hourly rate.
  2. If you would like to add a markup for the labor rate, select the $ or % button to create either fixed amount markup or percentage markup. Enter the amount or percentage of your choosing. This is optional.

  1. If you would like to add a minimum billable time, click the down bar to select an amount of time. This is optional.

  1. If you would like to add a charge code for the rate, click the down bar to select a pre-existing charge code from your account. This is optional.

  1. If you would like to choose a PM organization for the labor rate, click the down bar to select a PM organization from your account. This is optional.

  1. When finished, click the blue Add Rate button at the bottom of the page.
