- Click the Accounting tab and navigate into the Rates feature, then click the blue + New Rate button in the top right corner of the page to create a new labor rate.
- Select Labor as the category for the rate and enter a name for the rate.
- Select a Currency from the drop down and enter the hourly rate.
- If you would like to add a markup for the labor rate, select the $ or % button to create either fixed amount markup or percentage markup. Enter the amount or percentage of your choosing. This is optional.
- If you would like to add a minimum billable time, click the down bar to select an amount of time. This is optional.
- If you would like to add a charge code for the rate, click the down bar to select a pre-existing charge code from your account. This is optional.
- If you would like to choose a PM organization for the labor rate, click the down bar to select a PM organization from your account. This is optional.
- Then, toggle on the properties that you would like this rate to be available for.
Click Add Rate on the bottom right when done
