How do I close a Bid without selecting a winner?

1. Click "Close Bid"
2. If you haven't chosen a winner, it will ask for the reason and allow you to close the bid

Note: It's better to have your vendors submit their documents through Bid Management so you can better track and manage their bid. If you would like our team to reach out to your vendor to help and train them to submit their bids through the link your team sends them through Bid Management.
