Why can I not see the provider I want to add to the Bid?

There are two most common reasons you cannot add a provider to a Bid that is already on your Provider list.

  1. That provider is not within a 100 km radius of the property. (which you can adjust by going into the advanced settings at the bottom of the provider profile)
  2. The Service type is not the same as the Bid. (The Service type determines which provider could be added to which Bid). NOTE: You can add more than one service type to the Provider.
