How do I remove a vendor or tenant company?

This article provides step-by-step instructions for deactivating a vendor or tenant company in Prism.

Deactivating a company can be completed through the My Companies section of your account. Follow the steps below to remove a company from your active list. If you need to reactivate a company later, please take a look at our separate guide on reactivating vendor or tenant companies noted at the bottom.

1. Once logged in to Prism, click on My Companies
   
2. Click the name of the company you intend to deactivate
   
3. Click the Actions > Deactivate Company button
   
4. In the pop-up box, click Yes, Deactivate
