Below are instructions on how to update the default assignee of a Preventive schedule:
- Once signed into Prism, click on Preventative on the left side menu
- Click on the Schedules tab
- Select the work orders you want to update
- Click on the Change Default Assignee button
- Under Assigned To choose the new assignee
- Click the Save button

1. Click into the Preventative Schedule by clicking the Schedule ID
2. On the Schedule page, click the "Properties" tab and then "Edit."
3. There, you can select the assignee per property.
Alternatively, you can choose the default assignee above the property grid. Please note: the default assignee will be the assignee for the task if there is no assignee on the property level. If there is an assignee specified for the property, it will override the Default assignee for the schedule.
