General

  • New: Saved Layout Removals
    • We have added the ability for users who have created Saved Layouts within a grid in Prism to be able to remove the layout if it is no longer needed.  If an active layout is removed, the grid will reset the page back to the Prism default grid.
  • Fix: Time Formats
    • We addressed issues where time formats within Prism were not displaying correctly for users based upon their location.

Accounting

  • New: Batches: Row Counts
    • We added the ability within the Batch Templates to enable a new setting, Count per Work Order.

Admin

  • Change: Floor Imports
    • Within the Floor import template, we've added a Floor Order column to help sort the data properly.
  • Fix: Notifications
    • We addressed issues where some users could not turn on Notifications, nor create new Notification Roles.

Communications

  • Fix: Sending Communications
    • We addressed an issue where messages were not being received by certain users.

Dashboard

  • New: Dashboard Refreshing
    • On the overall Dashboard, users now have the ability to click a manual refresh button to have all widgets update at once.
    • Users also have the ability to now manually refresh individual widgets on a dashboard as well.
  • Fix: Configurable Dashboards
    • Users will once again be able to configure their dashboards and determine which cards that they would like in their view.

Inspections

  • Fix: Editing Inspection Templates
    • We addressed an issue where users could not edit Inspection templates that were in a draft state.
  • Fix: Daily Inspection Tasks
    • We addressed an issue where daily inspection tasks were firing out at inconsistent times.

Mobile

Android - Version 1.57

  • Fix: Performance Improvements
    • We optimized the initial loader to reduce the overall loading time.
    • We optimized the background sync to improve communication between the web and mobile platforms.

iOS- Version 1.58.2

  • Fix: Performance Improvements
    • We optimized the initial loader to reduce the overall loading time.
    • We optimized the background sync to improve communication between the web and mobile platforms.

My Properties

  • Change: Property Export
    • When adding or editing Properties, users will now have to edit a value within the Square Footage field.  
    • Users will also be able to change the value label from square footage to square meters.
  • Fix: Exporting Properties
    • We addressed an issue where a user was not able to successfully export a list of Properties from within Prism.
  • Fix: Building Groups
    • We addressed an issue when users were creating or adjusting Building Groups, if the user toggled from one page of buildings to another, it would reset the buildings that were previously selected.
  • New: Editing Building Time Zones
    • Within the My Properties grid, users will now be able to see the Time Zone of each respective building and be able to adjust them in bulk via the grid.

My Users

  • Fix: Deactivating Vendors
    • We addressed an issue where a user was not able to successfully deactivate Vendor users within the system.

Preventive 

  • Fix: Duplicate Tasks Firing
    • We addressed issues where duplicate PM tasks were firing out.

Reporting

  • New: HVAC Comfort Calls Report
    • This new report provides a high-level overview of data related to HVAC preference/comfort calls. 
    • The report pulls data from Readings within the Work Order module using the following breakdown:
      • Work Orders
        • Only Work Orders that have the Issue Type HVAC - Too Hot and HVAC - Too Cold.
        • Only Work Orders that have statuses as Closed or Completed.
      • Readings
        • We are pulling the reading's definition's exception range to determine if the comfort call (Work Order) is within or beyond the exception range.
    • NOTE: Mobile Readings are not yet available for Work Order (i.e. Readings cannot be entered on Work Orders via Mobile). However, this functionality is expected to be released by the end of Q4 2021.

Resource Reservations

  • Fix: Notifications
    • We addressed an issue where too many notifications were being distributed for a single resource reservation.

Visitors

  • New: Multiple Day Visitors
    • When creating a Visitor record, users will now have the ability to select an End Date for the Visitor for a date in the future, rather than just for the end of the current calendar day.
    • When viewing a Visitor record, users will now be able to see Upcoming Visits for that Visitor if there are more than one.
  • New: Watchlist Visitors
    • Users will now be able to submit Visitors that will need to be captured on a Watchlist.

Work Orders

  • Fix: Spaces
    • When creating or editing a Work Order, we addressed issues where:
      • Spaces that a tenant does not have access to were showing up.
      • Spaces that a tenant has access to and should be seeing did not show up.
    • We also increased the spaces that show up in the drop-down from 50 to 100.
  • Fix: Material Costs
    • We addressed an issue where Material Costs don't populate or calculate on Work Orders.
  • Fix: Issue Type Dropdown
    • We addressed an issue where the Issue Type dropdown when creating a Work Order was showing no results.
  • Fix: Deactivated Users
    • We addressed an issue where deactivated users were appearing in the Assignee dropdown.
