1. Click the Preventive module and navigate to the Tasks tab to view the tasks grid. Click the task ID to open up the task you want to add a file to.
2. Within the task page, navigate to the Files tab and click Add File.
4. Select Upload File to upload from your device. Browse Uploads to add a file already in the My Files module, or Create Shortcut to add a URL.
If you select Upload File or Create Shortcut, enter a name for the file. If you would like to make the file visible to tenants, click the box next to Tenant Visible. Select a category for the file, enter any notes or tags if needed, then click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to finish.
If you select Browse Uploads, you can click the box to the left files to select multiple files to upload at a time. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to finish.
