Issue types can be set to automatically assign to a particular user, team or vendor when created. This will streamline the work order flow, as work orders will not sit in an unassigned status waiting to be picked up.
1. If you would like to assign work orders to team, you will first need to create you team. This support article explains how to create a team.
2. Go to Admin > Issue Types
3. Select Account, to make changes across all properties in your account, or Property, to make changes to a specific property.
4. Find the issue type would like to set up an auto assignment for. Under Assign To, select a user, vendor or the team you created in step 1.
5. Alternatively, select multiple issue types using the checkboxes on the left. Then click "Reassign" and choose the team or user you'd like to assign the selected issue types for. Once selected, you can hit Save.
