Accounting

• Fix: Batch Files
  • We addressed an issue where Tenant Company Resource Reservations were not pulling into the Accounting Batch.

Admin

• Fix: Property Level Notifications
  • We addressed an issue where Notification settings were not saving at the Property level.

• Fix: Building Transfers
  • We addressed an issue where Buildings were not transferred successfully from one customer portfolio over to another.

Bid Management

• Change: Requests Grid
  • A change was made to the Requests grid where the Responses column now shows how many bids were sent out, versus how many responses were received.

• Change: Bid Creation
  • When creating a bid, the user will now go through 4 different steps to complete the process:
    • Details
    • Template
    • Vendors
    • Preview

• Change: Time Zones
  • We have made an adjustment in the system where Time Zones now display as both US and Canada.

Communications

• New: Status/Statistics
  • We have now added in a column into the Communications grid that now shows the status of each message that was sent.  It will display whether or not a message was:
    • Delivered
    • Opened
    • Bounced
    • Undeliverable

• New: Audiences
  • Within Communications, users will now see an Audiences tab, where specific Audiences can be created specifically for this module.

• Fix: Email
  • We addressed an issue where the email that was received via Communications did not match the preview.

Mobile

Android - Version 1.68

• Fix: Communications Templates
  • We addressed an issue where Communications templates were not displaying properly.

• Fix: Inspections
  • We addressed an issue where users were not able to type answers to Inspection questions.

Android Tenant - Version 1.3.0

• New: Visitors
  • Users will now be able to access the Visitor module and create Visitors from the mobile application.

iOS Tenant - Version 1.6

• New: Visitors
  
  • Users will now have the ability to create and view Visitor records within the mobile application.

My Equipment

• Fix: Equipment Export
  • We addressed an issue where filters, when applied to the Equipment grid, were not not being honored during the export operation. 

My Properties

• Fix: Property Group Sorting
  • We addressed an issue where Properties on the Property Group page were not sorting by the included Properties first.

My Users

• New: Grant Automatic Property Access
  
  • Users will now have the ability to grant users automatic property access through the bulk grid options within My Users. 

• New: Remove Automatic Property Access
  
  • Users will now have the ability to remove a users automatic property access through the bulk grid options within My Users.

• Fix: Importing Users
  
  • We addressed an issue where certain accounts were experiencing an issue when trying to import users into the system.

Preventive

• Fix: Editing Schedules
  • We addressed an issue where users could not edit Schedules that they themselves didn't create.

• Fix: Steps
  • We addressed an issue where users were experiencing issues when creating new steps on a Preventive Maintenance procedure.

• Fix: Schedules
  • We addressed an issue where Preventive Schedules only fired half of the Tasks that were expected to fire.

• Fix: Next Date
  • We addressed an issue where the Next Date was not displaying accurately in the grid.

• Fix: Task IDs
  • We have addressed an issue where a leading zero was added to the Task ID, which was causing issues for users when searching for records.

Reporting

• New: Readings Summary Report
  • This report provides the user with an overview of Readings taken over a period of time, specifically looking at one or two Readings Definitions simultaneously. 
  • This report is divided into three sections:
    • Readings Value Summary by Day (Reading Definition #1) and (Reading Definition #2)
    • Readings Value Details by Day & Time (Reading Definition #1) and (Reading Definition #2)
    • Readings Details (Reading Definition #1) and (Reading Definition #2)

• New: Tenant Satisfaction
  • This report highlights the following information relevant to Tenant Satisfaction:
    • % of Work Orders Rated
    • Total Re-Opened Work Orders
    • Tenant Satisfaction Trend for the Past 12 Months
    • Tenant Satisfaction Details
    • Tenant Average Rating by Property
    • Top 20 Tenants with High Satisfaction Rating
    • Top 20 Tenants with Low Satisfaction Rating
    • Tenant Work Order Details

    • This report highlights the following information relevant to the usage of Files:
      • Files by Category
      • Files by Tags
      • Files by Association
      • File Details

• Change: Labor Allocation Report
  • A change was made to this report where the Estimated vs Actual Labor Allocation visual now includes Estimated Hours for Work Orders.

Visitors

• Fix: Visitor Watchlist
  • We have addressed an issue where the archiving functionality was not working within the watchlist.

Work Orders

• Fix: Work Order IDs
  • We have addressed an issue where a leading zero was added to the Work Order ID, which was causing issues for users when searching for records.

• Fix: Importing Work Orders
  • We have addressed an issue where employees were not able to import Work Orders assigned to Vendor Companies.
