On both the App and Website:
1. Go to connect.buildingengines.com or Open the Prism Mobile App
2. First enter your email and click "Next". It will check if you're a Single Sign On user before asking you for your password.
3. After Step 2, you will see the option to click "Forgot Password" (screenshot below) or click here for a shortcut.
4. Enter your email and click "Let's Go" or "Send Email"
Please note:
- If you have not accepted your "Welcome Email" from Prism, then your account is not ready for a password reset.
- If you cannot find your welcome email from Prism, please contact your Property Manager or Account Admin to resend an invitation from the My Users module.
- If you are a Single Sign-On user and need to reset your password, you will need to contact the team that manages your Single Sign-On account.
