Welcome to Prism for Tenants, your go-to app for managing work orders and communicating with your property management team. This guide will walk you through the setup process and key features.
- Setting Up Your Account
• Check Your Email: Look for a welcome email from your property administrator. This email contains your invitation to Prism.
• Accept the Invitation: Click the "Accept Invitation" button in the email.
• Create Your Profile: Follow the prompts to set up your Prism profile and password.
• Important: Log in to your account via web browser before using the mobile app.
- Installing the Prism for Tenants App
Please refer to the download links below for the Prism Tenant App.
- Logging In
• Open the Prism for Tenants app on your mobile device • Enter the email address and password you created in Step 1 • Tap "Sign In"
- Creating a Work Order
• From the main screen, tap "Create Work Order" • Fill in the required information:
- Issue Type (select from the dropdown menu)
- Description (provide details about the problem)
- Location (building, floor, and space if applicable) • Optional: Add photos to help illustrate the issue • Tap "Create Work Order" to submit
- Tracking Work Orders
• Tap "Work Orders" on the main screen • View a list of all your active and completed work orders • Tap any work order to see:
- Status updates
- Comments from the property management team
- Due dates and other relevant information
- Providing Feedback
After a work order is completed, you may receive an email requesting feedback Click the link in the email to rate the service • Choose a star rating and add any additional comments • Your feedback helps improve service quality

Bengie is a text-based virtual assistant that can help with various tasks:
To start, text "Hi Bengie" to 236443 (BENGIE) • Bengie can help with:
- Building information
- Entering work orders
- Checking work order status • Link your Prism account to Bengie for a seamless experience
