Prism offers three types of notifications to keep users informed: Email, SMS/Text, and Push notifications via the Prism mobile app.
Users can customize their preferences for each type to ensure they receive relevant information through their preferred channels.
1. Email Notifications:
To receive email notifications:
- Verify that your Prism account has an active, valid email address.
- In your notification settings, ensure the Email column is checked for your desired modules.

2. SMS/Text notifications:
To enable SMS/Text notifications:
- Navigate to your profile in Prism
- Configure a valid phone number in your Prism profile
- Click on the "Notifications" tab
- In the SMS/Text column, check the boxes corresponding to the modules you want text notifications for.
3. Push Notifications:
To set up Push notifications on your mobile device:
- Go to your device settings
- Locate and select the Prism app
- Select "Notifications"
- Toggle on the "Allow Notifications" option
Important Notes:
- At least one channel (email or SMS/text) must be active to receive notifications.
- To stop notifications for specific modules, access your notification configuration settings and disable them as needed.
- You cannot edit another user's notification preferences.
