My Properties

  • New:
    • Property Notes Feature to Enhance Visibility and Communication in Prism
      • Property Notes addresses the critical need for PMO users to share important property-related information by allowing the addition of free-text notes on property pages. This feature enhances communication and safety by providing a centralized location for crucial details like access codes and emergency procedures, with customizable visibility settings and an icon indicator for quick identification of properties with important information. My Files

  • New:
    • My Files Search Against Document AI Scanned Fields. 
      • Enhance document management by enabling advanced searches across AI-scanned fields in various document types, including certificates, leases, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. This functionality improves data accessibility and efficiency in managing client accounts by allowing users to quickly locate specific information within these documents using the My Files Grid Search Bar. My Users

  • New:
    • Real-time labor reporting

      • JLL Prism introduces the new Labor Grid feature in the My Users page, addressing the challenge of tracking team productivity and task allocation. This innovative solution provides managers with instant visibility into their team's labor reporting, offering:

        • Real-time insights into individual team member productivity

        • Detailed breakdowns of hours worked, including billable and actual rates

        • Task-specific information such as work orders, preventative maintenance, and inspections

        • Customizable filters for properties, regions, teams, and date ranges

        • Export capabilities for further analysis and reporting

      • The Labor Grid empowers managers to efficiently monitor workload distribution, track billable hours, and make data-driven decisions to optimize team performance. Accounting

  • Fixes:

    • There is a network error on Labor & Material grid

    • The user sees Import Material option without having Can Import Data permissions

Communications

  • Fixes:

    • Duplicated audiences are shown in the Dynamic list in communications

    • The Emergency Broadcast does not fire SMS Text

    • The Communications Send Now Button gives a non-descriptive error

Impairments

  • Fixes:

    • "Can View Impairments" permission is not granted by default when "Can Manage Impairment" Permission is given

Inspections

  • Fixes:

    • The "Include" column in the Properties grid within the inspection module fails to sort correctly.

Preventive Maintenance

  • Fixes:

    • Export of PM procedures is failing without any toast message for more than 50 records

Prism Insurance

  • Fixes:

    • The status of certificate is not calculated correctly when a non compliant certificate exists for a company

    • There is a mismatch in the certificate grid and export sheet column headers 

Resource Reservations

  • Fixes:

    • There are extra spaces and commas in Resource Reservation notification emails.

 

Tenant Compliance

  • Fixes:

    • There is a mismatch in Companies between the TC Schedule Grid and TC Schedule vs. My Companies.

    • Users cannot load or fail to load the Tenant Compliance schedule .

    • Tenant Compliance Overdue Notification is sent for an overdue task that had already been declined 

    • Compliance override, effective date, and expired filter are not working in the Insurance module 

Visitor

  • Fixes:

    • The Premier Visitor Check-in Email says "Print Badge" instead of "Download Badge"

    • On cancellation of Badge Settings, Caterpillar Buttons value is not getting reinitialized An error occurs on save when enable badges is off and there is no value on check digit fields 

    • The Visitor module is duplicating thousands of upcoming Visitor

    • By default, the position is set to sides for a required Barcode field Positions 

Work Order 

  • Fixes:

    • The required "Job Type" Field is not enforced when a PMO User edits a tenant-created work order
