Prism AI - Operational Intelligence (New Feature for Purchase)

This Operational Intelligence Agent for Prism AI allows Property Managers, Engineers and Associates access to ask free form questions about their Work Order, Preventive Maintenance, Equipment, Property and Impairment data.

Accessing the Agent

You can launch the Operational Intelligence Agent in two ways:

• Click Ask Prism AI in the Prism AI Dashboard card.
• Select Ask Prism AI from the left navigation panel

Asking a Question

1. Select Prism AI from either the Prism AI dashboard card or the left navigation panel.
2. Within Prism AI, choose one of the following options:
   1. Enter your question into the field in the center of the screen.
   2. Select Draft with AI to reframe your question for the best possible response.
   3. Select View Question Library to browse a list of predefined questions for the available modules
3. Once you submit your question, you will receive a response from the agent. From there, you can:
   1. Ask a follow-up question
   2. Export any charts/graph from the conversation
   3. Export the entire conversation

💡 Tip: You can view past conversations in the right-hand panel. Conversations will be deleted after 32 days.

Important Notes

• This is a paid module.
• The Prism AI module must be enabled at the building level to use this feature.
• This is only available for Property Management Organization users, with the account permission “Can Access Prism AI”. 
• You cannot use Document Intelligence and Operational Intelligence in the same chat . To switch between them, start a new chat.
• If you do not specify a building in your question, the system assumes you want results for all available buildings.
• You can include multiple buildings in a single query.
• To continue discussing a specific building, restate the building name in your follow-up question.
• You will be able to ask questions about additional modules in future releases.

Informational Messages

Out-of-scope questions: You will receive an informational message if you ask questions outside of Work Order, Preventive Maintenance, Equipment, Property and Impairments:

• Out-of-scope buildings: You will receive an informational message if you ask a question against a building that does not have Prism AI enabled:
