To activate Prism AI for the first time, JLL Support will need to turn these features on in your environment. Once enabled, admins can manage access per account or building.

Free AI Features
Language Detection in Work Orders
Automatically flags and hides tenant‑facing comments containing inappropriate or sensitive language to maintain positive tenant relationships.
How to Use:
- Open a Work Order.
- Enter a comment and click Submit.
- If flagged, the comment is automatically marked Hidden from Tenant.
Notes:
- Detection occurs when the comment is submitted.
- Admins can still see hidden comments.
- Contact Prism Support to enable this feature for your account.
Inspection Summaries
Creates an automated email summary when inspections are completed, showing results and recommendations.
How to Use:
- Assign an inspection to a user.
- Complete the inspection and mark it Completed.
- The assigned recipient receives an email summary.
Notes:
Only the inspection owner receives the summary.
Enhancements to notifications and formatting are planned for 2026.
Premium AI Features
Document Intelligence
Lets users query and analyze uploaded documents in plain language to extract key findings and recommendations.
How to Use - Click here for more details:
- Go to Prism AI from the left navigation menu or dashboard.
- Select up to 10 documents (maximum 50 MB each).
- Click Ask Prism AI.
- Type a question or choose one from the Question Library.
- Review results or export them for sharing.
Result:
You receive instant summaries, numerical insights, and recommended actions without manual document review.
Notes:
Supports PDFs and common file types (no videos or ZIPs).
Conversation history automatically deletes after 32 days.
User data is not used for AI training.
Operational Intelligence
Enables natural‑language questions directly against live Prism data — no documents required.
How to Use - Click here for more details:
- On the dashboard, click Ask Prism AI.
- In the query box, type your question (e.g., “Show open work orders for all enabled buildings”).
- Choose one or more data modules: Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Properties, Equipment, Impairments.
- Submit the question and review insights or export results.
Result:
AI generates actionable metrics and recommendations from your account’s live data, delivering portfolio‑wide intelligence instantly.
Ask Prism AI Button
Provides direct entry to Prism AI from within file grids or document pages to minimize workflow interruptions.
How to Use:
- Multiple files: Select several files → click Ask Prism AI in the toolbar.
- Single file: Hover over the document name → select the Ask Prism AI icon (available 2026).
Result:
The selected files open automatically inside Prism AI for immediate analysis.

The bulk option is live; single‑file access is in development.
Utility Analytics Suite
